"Annex shower cartridge replacement — Plumber was great and continued to ensure the work was completed on the cartridge"

"Frank and Steve were able to come out the next day and clear a blockage on my shower and install a new mixer shower valve for me. They took time to diagnose the problem and even came out on a Sunday which I very much appreciated. Very well priced and excellent value for money. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs in the future."

"Bathroom flush — Excellent communication, highly recommend!"

"Excellent workmanship, would recommend"

"A neat and tidy plumber who clearly knows his trade — Frank was a breath of fresh air. He came to look at a water leak that an emergency service engineer couldn't locate and, having found it, ended up staying for several hours to stop it. Everything he needed to remove or use during the process proved challenging. However, his endless patience won through. He also came back to install a stop cock valve in a cupboard so that I can easily reach it. His work is very neat, and he clearly knows his trade. Would definitely recommend."

"I can’t recommend Frank highly enough! My previous builder completely let me down on two bathroom renovations, leaving me with major plumbing issues, unfinished bathrooms, and a huge mess to sort out. Frank stepped in and went way above and beyond to fix everything. He took the time to thoroughly assess both bathrooms, explained every step clearly and patiently, and didn’t just do a quick patch job—he made sure the work was done properly and to a high standard. He handled unexpected complications without any fuss, kept everything clean and respectful in my home, and worked late to get both bathrooms fully functional the same day. The workmanship was outstanding, the pricing was fair and completely transparent (no hidden surprises), and his communication throughout was excellent—always responsive and reassuring. Thanks to Frank, what could have been a total nightmare turned into a smooth, stress-free resolution. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuinely helpful plumber who truly cares about doing the job right, call Frank—you won’t be disappointed!"
