"Goes the extra mile. — We have had a plumbing issue with a Saniflo toilet for a couple of years that no other plumbers were interested in. Frank came round and was determined to get to the bottom of the problem. He left no stone unturned in making sure he understood the configuration of the pipework so that he could identify that the issues arose because of a flawed initial design. As a result, he made a number of changes to overcome the poor design which got our Saniflo toilet working again. All of this in very confined spaces. Highly recommended."
